ACUROBAC FG100 - FOG

Bioculture for fat, oil and grease Degredation

ACUROBAC FOG bioculture leverages specially selected bacteria strains to accelerate the breakdown of fats, oils, and greases in wastewater. These microbes excel in environments rich in FOG, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional methods. It reduces maintenance costs, minimizes downtime, and helps eliminate unpleasant odours from FOG build-up while promoting environmental responsibility.

Description

  1. ACUROBAC FOG combines natural, safe microbes to degrade oil, grease, and organic waste.
  2. Eliminates odours and removes organic build-up from pipes, grease traps, and leach drains.
  3. Clean the grease trap before the first application of ACUROBAC FOG.
  4. Dosage ranges from 1 ppm to 10 ppm, depending on the condition of the grease trap.
  5. Apply ACUROBAC FOG by flushing it through kitchen drain outlets at night with water.

Application Areas

  • Activated sludge Process
  • Sequencing batch reactor
  • Moving bed bio reactor
  • Extended Aeration system
  • Oil & grease Trap

Dosage

  • Dissolve the powder in the appropriate amount of water.
  • Stir thoroughly and apply the mixture to the waste pile using a sprayer or by evenly spreading it.
  • Keep the moisture level in the pile between 30% and 50% throughout process.
